Ingredients : Mississippi Pot Roast
• 1 (3 pounds) roast chuck
• 1⁄2 (12 ounce) pepperoncini jar
• 1⁄2 (12 ounce) pepperoncini juice jar
• 1 (1 ounce) au jus gravy mix packet
• 1 (0.4 oz) package of buttermilk ranch dressing (for example, Secret Valley ®)
• Ground black pepper and salt
Procedure : Mississippi Pot Roast
• Step 1
In a slow cooker, blend together the chuck roast, pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, au jus blend, buttermilk ranch dressing, salt and pepper. Cook on low until fork-tender roasted, around 8 hours.
• Step 2
With 2 forks, take the chuck apart. Cover to keep warm with aluminum foil.
